As a pre-requisite to the admission and continuous stay of my child at Del Rosario Christian Institute, Inc. I do hereby agree, guarantee and manifest: That he/she will abide by all the rules and regulations of Del Rosario Christian Institute, Inc. and those that are issued from time to time by the authorities of the school.

That I was duly informed of the fees I am going to pay during the year which I found to be fair and reasonable and that I conform to these fees. That I promise to pay Del Rosario Christian Institute, Inc. on or before the given due dates.

That no refund shall be granted in the fees that I have paid. That the payment is non-transferable.
